Update: Gmail throttling messages from Ning Networks

Correction to the earlier update: Gmail has been experiencing service issues. This is causing messages sent from Ning Networks to take longer to reach Gmail accounts. Gmail is working on clearing things up at this time. This will result in delayed delivery of messages to Gmail accounts. This should clear up after a while. Next update when we have more information.
