Intermittent errors submitting tickets

We are currently experiencing an issue with our Help Center software that may prevent Network Creators from submitting help tickets and reaching us by phone. During this time, Network Creators may see errors when viewing or submitting new tickets and may not be able to get through our phone support numbers. Next update in 30 minutes.
