Our on-call team has pushed a fix for the ‘Oops!’ errors occurring on the My Networks page in some Ning.com accounts. If you see an ‘Oops!’ error in your Ning.com account, please submit a ticket from the ‘Submit a billing question online‘ link in your account.
All Ning Networks are online and speedy. While a small handful of accounts may still experience “Oops!” errors on their Ning.com My Networks pages, a fix is in the works and will be released next week.
Our on-call team has identified and resolved the issue causing the Dashboards on some networks to show “Our apologies” errors. Dashboards should now be accessible on all Ning Networks.
Our on-call team has resolved the issue with “Oops!” errors occurring upon sign-in to some Ning.com accounts. ”Oops!” errors should now only occur on the My Networks page of some accounts. Our team has a fix that we’re currently testing for a release early next week. Next update when the issue is resolved.
